PropSol provides a specialized service that helps traders pass their proprietary firm account challenges within 30 days. This includes expert trading management, real-time progress tracking, and post-passing support for live trading.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by PropSol (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing our website or purchasing any PropSol service, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Nature of Service
PropSol provides prop firm challenge assistance services only.
We do not operate as a broker, accept investor deposits, manage client funds, or provide investment or financial advice.
No profits, payouts, or trading returns are guaranteed.
3. No Affiliation With Prop Firms
PropSol is not affiliated, partnered, endorsed, or sponsored by FTMO, FundedNext, FundingPips, or any proprietary trading firm.
All prop firms are independent third parties. Final account approval remains solely at their discretion.
4. Client Responsibilities
By purchasing our services, you confirm that:
- You are the lawful owner of the prop firm account
- You have authority to provide login credentials
- You understand all prop firm rules
- You accept all risks associated with proprietary trading challenges
5. Service Types
STANDARD PASS
- Non-refundable under all circumstances
- No compensation
- No challenge fee reimbursement
GUARANTEED PASS
If PropSol fails to pass the challenge under agreed conditions, the client is eligible for:
- 100% refund of PropSol service fee
- Refund of amount used to purchase the prop firm account
- Additional $100 compensation
Guaranteed Pass slots are limited monthly.

- 2-Step Challenge – Step 1 Pass Only
- 2-Step Challenge – Full (Step 1 + Step 2)
- 1-Step Challenge – Full
7. Trading System Disclosure
PropSol may utilize structured execution systems and risk-management tools.
The PropSol Trading System assists execution discipline only and does not guarantee profits or payouts.
8. After Passing the Challenge
Upon successful challenge completion:
- Account access is returned to the client
- Optional access to the PropSol Trading System may be provided
- Funded trading performance remains the client’s responsibility
9. KYC, VPN & IP COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER
PropSol is not responsible for challenge failure, reset, suspension, or termination resulting from:
- Failed or incomplete KYC verification
- Use of VPNs, VPS, proxies, or masked IP addresses
- Login from restricted or unsupported countries
- IP inconsistencies flagged by the prop firm
- Prop firm security or compliance reviews
- Account restarts, cancellations, or re-verifications initiated by the prop firm
Many prop firms strictly prohibit VPN usage.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring account access complies with prop firm security policies.
Failures resulting from the above are not eligible for refunds or guarantee coverage, including Guaranteed Pass.
10. Refund Conditions
Refunds apply only when PropSol fails under agreed conditions.
Refunds do NOT apply if failure results from:
- Client interference
- Password or credential changes
- KYC rejection
- VPN or IP violations
- Rule changes by prop firms
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after verification.
11. Limitation of Liability
PropSol shall not be liable for indirect losses, missed profits, payouts, or account terminations.
Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.
12. Prohibited Activities
Clients may not interfere with active accounts, resell services, or provide false information.
Violation results in immediate termination without refund.
13. Modifications
PropSol may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
